Welcome to use APP related services! In order to use the relevant services of APP , you should read and abide by this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of the terms, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, as well as the separate agreement for opening or using a service, and select the "Agree" button. This agreement is an agreement signed by you when you register an APP account before using the APP service.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the relevant services of the APP .
If you are under the age of 18, please read this agreement and other above agreements accompanied by your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
1.1. The user's behavior of completing all the registration procedures means that the user has read all the terms of this agreement, understands and agrees to the rights and obligations stipulated in the terms of this agreement, and is bound by the terms of this agreement. Otherwise, after completing the registration process, the user shall use the relevant services in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
1.2. Once a user registers an APP account, unless the sub-channel requires a separate authorization, the user has the right to use the account to use the individual services of each channel of the APP . When the user uses each individual service, the user's use behavior is deemed to be a violation of the individual service. The acceptance of the terms of service and the rights and obligations stated in the various announcements issued by APP in the single service means that you agree to be bound by the rights and obligations of these terms of service and announcements. Users shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted on their user accounts.
1.3. The APP user service agreement and the individual service terms and announcements of each channel can be updated by the APP at any time, and the relevant supplementary agreements and business rules about this agreement may be continuously released. Once the above content is officially released, it will be an integral part of this agreement, and we will not give further notice to the above update or release content. When you use related services, you should pay attention to and abide by the relevant terms applicable to them.
2.1. The user account is limited to the use of the registered user on the APP . Gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling is prohibited. If the APP finds that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, it has the right to reclaim the account without notice without having to bear legal responsibility to the user of the account, including but not limited to interruption of user communication, user data and Losses such as emptying of props, etc., shall be borne by the user.
2.2. Users should keep their account numbers and passwords properly, and users are fully responsible for all activities under their account numbers and passwords, including modification of user data, loss of virtual items and all other losses are borne by users themselves. Users must pay attention to account password protection. Users should notify the APP immediately if they find that others are using their account without permission .
2.3. If the user loses or forgets the password of the account, he/she can follow the appeal channel of the APP in a timely manner to appeal and request to retrieve the account. Users should continue to provide personal password-protected information that can increase the security of the account. The user can fill in the complaint form with the initial registration information and personal password protection information to apply to the APP to retrieve the account. The password retrieval mechanism of the APP is only responsible for identifying the correctness of the information filled in the complaint form and the data recorded in the system, but cannot identify whether the complainant is not . It is the real user of the account right. APP does not assume any responsibility for any loss caused by the user's false appeal by others . The user knows that the responsibility for keeping the account number and password rests with the user .
2.4. The user guarantees that the identity information filled in when registering the account is true, and the responsibility for any illegal, untrue or inaccurate user information shall be borne by the user. Users should continuously update the registration information to meet the requirements of being timely, detailed, true and accurate. All originally typed data will reference the user's account registration data. If the user's registration information is not true, the APP does not take any responsibility for the problems caused by the untrue registration information and the consequences of the problems .
2.5. If the user violates laws and regulations, the APP service agreement and other provisions, the APP has the right to determine the violation according to the relevant rules, and take corresponding restrictions or penalties, including but not limited to: restricting or freezing the user's use of the number, restricting or Stop an individual service (eg live video).
3.1. Use APP service products to publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that endangers national security, national unity, and social stability, or insults, slanders, pornography, violence, causes other people's anxiety, and any content that violates national laws, regulations, policies, or sets content containing the above content name, role name.
3.2. Use the APP to publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on other people's intellectual property rights, commercial confidentiality rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and other legal rights.
3.3. Conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, adding storage information; without permission, attempts to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of the "software" system or network or other behaviors that damage network security; attempt to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the "software" system or website, intentionally spread malicious programs or Viruses and other acts that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services; forge TCP/IP packet names or partial names.
3.4. Conduct any behavior that undermines the fairness of the APP service or affects the normal order of the application, such as active or passive scoring, cheating in partnership, using plug-ins or other cheating software, using bugs (also known as "vulnerabilities" or "defects") to Obtain improper and illegal benefits, or use the Internet or other methods to expose plug-ins, cheating software, or BUG to the public.
3.5. Carry out any commercial activities such as publishing advertisements, selling goods, or any illegal acts that infringe the interests of the APP , such as selling coins, plug-ins, props, etc.
3.6. Conduct any other acts that violate the law and violate the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social groups, and organizations.
4.1. Users must understand that when using the APP services, there may be anonymous or threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal content or behavior from any other person or violation of the rights of others (including intellectual property rights). The risk of impostor information, the user must bear the above risk, APP does not guarantee the service, whether express or implied, including all relevant information authenticity, appropriateness, suitability for a particular purpose, ownership and non-infringement The implied warranties and conditions of the company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages resulting from any improper or illegal use of the service by the user.
4.2. The use of APP services must abide by relevant national laws and policies, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and abide by these terms. The use of APP services in violation of the law or this agreement (including but not limited to speech publication, transmission, etc.) All responsibility rests with the user.
4.3. APP will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Without the user's consent, the APP will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
4.4. Users understand that APP services, like most Internet products, are vulnerable to various security issues, including but not limited to:

2) The user leaks or is deceived or deciphered the password;

4.5. Users understand that for the needs of the overall operation of the service, APP has the right to modify or interrupt, suspend or terminate the service after the announcement and notice without notifying you, and is not required to be responsible or liable to any third party for compensation.
4.6. The user understands that the instability of Internet technology may lead to government policy control, virus intrusion, hacker attack, server system crash or other risks that cannot be solved by current technology, which may lead to interruption of APP services or loss of account props. The loss caused by human factors shall be borne by the user.
5.1. APP 's services include APP 's website, web application, software, and connotative text, pictures, video, audio and other elements, APP 's logos, logos and patent rights, and APP enjoys the above intellectual property rights.
5.2. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, etc. related web pages, applications, software and other products involved in the APP service.
5.3. Users using the APP service can only use the intellectual property rights of the APP within the scope authorized by this User Agreement and the corresponding license agreement . Unauthorized use beyond the scope constitutes an infringement of the APP .
5.4. The user publishes and uploads text, pictures, videos, software and performances and other user-created information when using the APP service. The intellectual property rights of this part of the information belong to the user, but the user's publishing and uploading behavior is the authorization of the APP service platform. The user confirms the non-exclusive and permanent authorization of the information published and uploaded by the user .
6.1. The APP may collect user information when providing services, and the APP will clearly inform the user. Usually the information includes but not limited to the user's name, gender, age, date of birth, ID number, home address, education level, company information, and industry. , hobbies, etc., geographical location, personal description, mobile phone software and hardware information, mobile phone identification code, etc.
6.2. You understand and agree that APP will collect the above information of users when users log in and use the service functions of APP -related APPs. When you purchase the goods or services listed in the APP , your information will be collected by the merchants that provide the goods and services, and you shall be solely responsible for the disclosure of such information.
6.3. You understand and agree that the APP collects the above information of users for system backup, identification of user identity information, analysis of user usage, formation of big data reports on teaching operation, assisting users in handling emergencies, and helping users solve problems encountered in use and other uses. APP promises not to disclose your personal information in an illegal manner.
6.4. Users are advised not to disclose their various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords and other important information in the use of APP services, otherwise any losses caused thereby shall be borne by the users themselves.
6.5. The user's account and password are confidential information, and the APP should take active measures to protect the security of the user's account and password.
6.6. The user's registration information is protected as the APP 's trade secret. However, the user also understands that the openness of the Internet and the rapid technological update , the APP is not responsible for the leakage caused by the factors beyond the control of the APP .
6.7. When using the APP service, the user shall not publish or upload the information that he considers private to the APP , nor shall such information be disseminated to others through the APP service, and the user shall be responsible for any privacy leakage caused by the user's behavior.
APP does not assume any legal responsibility for the occurrence of the following related matters :
1) APP provides your personal information in accordance with legal regulations or the requirements of relevant government and judicial authorities;
2) Any leakage of personal information caused by the user informing others of the user password or sharing the registered account with others, or other leakage of personal information not caused by the APP ;
3) Any information leakage caused by hacker attack or computer virus intrusion;
4) Information leakage caused by force majeure;

6.9. You understand and agree that APP may disclose your personal information to third parties in accordance with laws or mandatory orders of judicial and administrative authorities without prior notice to you.
The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
7. 2. No matter what the reasons for this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
